Note:
1. All the rates are excluding service tax

2. Please add 15% on stall open on 2 sides,
15% on stall open on 3 sides & 25% on
stall open on 4 sides
3. Only booked area will be provided (for
S.no 2&3) without any of the stall facilities
4. Standard Exhibition Stall /Shell
Scheme (3*3=9 sq mtr) would be provided
with Facia with the exhibitors name, two chairs,
one table, one dustbin, carpet flooring, Exhibitor
badges etc. Electricity charges for three
spotlights and one 5 amp plug.
5. Audio Visual Equipment
like DVD with LCD TV, slide projector, Laptops
and OHP etc. would be provided at additional
charges subject to intimation at the time
of Stall booking.
6. The organizers will arrange general security
for the exhibition hall/area, and insurance
coverage of the exhibition halls in general.
7. Hostages/ additional security personnel
requirement would be available on additional
charges upon prior intimation of atleast 2
